Understanding EVAAS Accounts

Account Types and Report Access

Each account type automatically includes access to certain reports. Admin account holders can choose additional options for each user to grant access to other report types or to reports for other schools. The following table summarizes both the default access for each account type and the optional access, which can be added by the local admin account holder. Default access is in bold; optional access, which the admin account holder can assign, is in gray.

*Prior to release of teacher reports each year, EVAAS accounts are automatically updated to ensure that teachers have access to their own reports. Accounts that are created through this automated process grant the teacher access to their own Teacher Value-Added and Diagnostic reports, student reports for the students who were linked to the teacher, and school reports. For more information, see Access to Teacher Reports.
